it's *really* a toyota. and those things don't break. ever. plus it's pimp. it's practically the perfect car. (not the flashiest, sexiest, most powerful....just most perfect.)

great car for the money!! no other car for $16.495 has a glass roof!

the better looking scion imo. and, ya like chasing said its made by toyota. scion's a division targeting the younger car consumer. i finally saw one in person a few days ago. It certainly is a good looking car.

I believe it is a USA thing. Like Phenom said, toyota is trying to target the "younger" crowd of car buyers.. Might as well go buy a damn chevy cavalier or ford escort..... worthless cars IMHO....

actually, i don't think that scions are "made" by toyota
i think they bought the company that made them and are marketing them here for us younger people

you'll see toyota badging nowhere on the car
maybe i'm wrong though
anyway the tc is very nice

ehh.. cant say i dig the scions , im a oldfashion american muscle car man , but id be interested to read the stats on what that thing can put out.

I myself bought a 03 civic si brand new and less than a year later they pop out the tc on us and I was pissed! I would have picked that up in a heartbeat!! Same horsepower, engine size, and gas mileage plus the fact that it has a kick ass interior and it can totally be pimmped out on the exteior. It is a awesome car for an even mor awesome price. Scion is a daughter company of Toyota. It's one of the first things I asked, because I was worried about it being a fad...and having no parts available down the line. The warranty is great, the options are great, and the car even *looks* good in person. It's a great buy. I had to order mine in the dealership, and I got it 5 weeks later.
