our Ford XR8 uses the Boss 290 engine....i think they should upgrade to this beast

somehow this just looks like an over blown dragster motor built for rails and funny cars. not really a new engine for a line-up in any way shape or form, and unless it was in co-laboration with an outside group it will probably suck anyway.

if you read the story in the link, there are 2 engines.. one will be for ford mustangs in 2008, the other one is a top fuel effort to reintroduce another brand engine besides the hemi... it was built by john force, and funded and paid for by ford...Quote:
