Need Help for my Alfa 147

Who know how I can remove the original gear knob of my Alfa Romeo 147 1.9 JTD M(or where I can find some help to do it )?? I want change the original knob with this one...What do you think about it??

Not sure its hard to tell. Many screw off. Find the manual and buy it.
