is there any games or websites for car customizing?

i wanna customize my car but i wanna know what different possibilities i would have if there was a game or website that would let me do it first before i actually did it, anyone know of such?

there's a windows proggy that'll let you add customizations and print out a report for you, don't know what it's called, try google
