IPod adapter installation, how much?

So I've got a new 2008 Tacoma and I've been looking around for ipod adapters and it looks like they run about $150 or so (I don't want an FM transmitter).

I'm wondering the price difference between having one of these installed by someone like BestBuy, vs having them install an aux input jack... I'm on the fence on which one I want, because I can't imagine my deck would integrate very well and I'd probably just use the ipod controls anyway. Anyone have any idea what I can expect to pay for either of these installs?

Thanks!

Personally, I go for the auxiliary input jack. It is far more future proof than having a specialized deck inserted that may or may not have to be replaced when the iPod is replaced.
