How do I add car description when uploading?

I might be wrong but I think this is the remaining of a rule when you could had a description to your uploads.
I don't think there is a way to directly put the make and model when you upload, so once it's accepted if those informations haven't been added, just put a comment on the pic.

Here is the original link started by "Watty" from over seven years ago! Maybe the information he requests is old or no longer applicable. I tried PM to him no answer yet. A couple other members have told me via PM that the mods take care of tags/ID for the cars now
