There's a license plate way up to the north that starts with SE
So you can have SE - X and SE - XY if that suits your needs

well I've also seen a "MAD 55" once...but then again enough cash will get you almost anything

first on to three letters announce the city, and after that dash at most two random letters and a number up to 4 digits
