kinda funny how that is accualy paint, every time i buy "chrome" spray paint it looks silver lol

Thats Chris' car. I met that dude in the summer (lives in the same city i do). from what i understood he was sending (probably already been sent) to have the car re-chromed, it was starting to turn yellowish. and during may he had to have the ECU reflashed, he couldnt even get the car to start down in Maryland when he was there for the Mischief movie release. He's a cool guy, really modest, but that car is just the nicest thing ive ever laid eyes on.

and i may be wrong, but i was under the impression that Audi was actually silver, not chrome. One of those rich guys in Dubai had the car made for him, and i think it was painted with actual silver or something like that.

the chrome M3 is the car on the cover of NFS:Most Wanted,
they just added the blue stripes for legal reasons.

That A8 is made of aluminium and polished. Even all regular A8's are made of aluminium.

And of course, you could paint almost anything to look like chrome with special topcoat. I have seen quite chromy-looking plastic for example.
