These tires are airless and are scheduled to be out on the market
very soon.
The bad new s for law enforcement is that spike strips will not work
on these.
Just think of the impact on existing technology:
A. no more air valves...
B. no more air compressors at gas stations...
C. no more repair kits...
D. no more flats...

Can't imagine it would be practical to leave them open like that, looks like they'd be damaged way too easily. Cool concept though, wonder how they ride...

I'm certain the finished product would be closed from view. These are to show how it works and legitimize the tire.

Good luck in the first snow storm if them open like that. Should provide plenty of balance issues.

Use your brains people. This tire is cut to show its build. They're not going to leave it open when the tires hit market.

i hope they make them... that would be nice not having to check tire pressure...

Great tires for a high speed chase! Spike strips won't bother those!
