I just moved a valuable and loved car to a slab behind my house. I live alone so when Im gone no one is here. I dont have a garage and I want to secure my baby. Its going to be out of commission for about a six months or so while I rebuild the engine. Im planning on putting it on blocks which should make it harder to steal. Also Im gonna chain it to a tree or maybe put in a post. I think thats enough. Anyone have any other ideas on securing her?

uhh just take the starter out, if someone is willing to install a starter to steal it they deserve the car lol. Of course if you have the engine out its even harder to steal :-P

if you can get some security lights (just the kind that come on when you walk past a motion detector) they will scare people away pretty easily... aslong as there is an outlet around the car its a good deturant, and i dont think youll have an issue if its on blocks
