I was joking aboiut boot space and fuel economy etc, but two guys at work have both recently had porsches. One a cayenne the other a boxster. No shit, i figured with the reputation that porsche has for their vehicles, customer service would be much better.

Are the problems they are having with repairs because of the dealer they bought them from, or from the porsche factory itself?

Porsche registered dealer and repairer. The problems the Cayenne had when first manufactured were well known to Porsche and have only recently rectified them on new model. They refused to put them right on the old model. My colleague's heater was louder than the radio and the Porsche dealer said "thats just the way it is"

Thats a crock of shit, if they can fix them on the new models, they can fix it on his.

I would love to know manufactures can get away with putting out a product that has known problems, and then not fix them!
