The reason I said that...is because when you're going 200+ DOWNFORCE IS GOOD. I'm not gonna vouch for that specific car and say that it can go 245 because I've never seen a vid of it going 245, but I wouldn't be suprised if it could.

Nice car except in US one needs a alarmed or Underground garage, fenced in by 6ft+ electric or other monitored 24/7 security, of course a lo-jack. Notice at local police station of such a high value car for routine police patrols--fee for that as well. Less than 6 insurance companies in US will insure such a "Ship on a boat in the middle of night" kinda car.

Other than that, the beast is sweet!

On February the 28th 2005, at 12.08 local time, the Koenigsegg CCR broke the production road car speed record, achieving a new official top speed of 388 (387.87) km/h at Italy’s Nardo Prototipo proving ground.

The Koenigsegg CCR raised McLaren's previously unofficial mark of 372 km/h set at Nardo/Prototipo in 1993 with over 15 km/h. On top of this the CCR broke the official McLaren F1 record of 386.7 km/h.

Nuff said.

This is my favorite supercar out there. Incidentally, it holds the record for the fastest speeding ticket ever written in the US. They clocked him by plane at 245 mph (per an article in Car & Driver Magazine).
