drugs help the brain work and grow , so whoever made that sign (the 2nd part is funny) is just really using old stereotypes without ever looking into some research.

just because many stupid people use drugs does not have any correlation with this assumption that drugs make you stupid. unless of course you over do it and fall into some psychosis. still a rare occurence
