what does this mean?

allright, im going to make this a game...but with really no winners, just alot of laughter (i hope)

now..the rule is, you MUST use the pics i provided, and either with Photoshop, or MS paint..add a caption or EXPLAIN what the pic means, ill add 2 pics...and all you got to do is go nuts and provide some humor..

oh...if you got no Photoshop and suck at MSpaint just add the caption in your post, make it bold so it stands out..
