Damn, I looked at that tree for half an hour thinking it was real

Nope, it's fake. It's pretty much the main focal point of the park, from other angles it's more obvious, because it like twice as tall as any other tree in the area.

I noticed a tent or clothesline looking thing in the background of one of the pics and imagined some old guy with dreadlocks down to his ass with a hammer and chisel hanging from a leather strap around his waist. He'd been carving and chipping away at this tree for years, it had become part of him. His fresh trout that he speared early that morning is cooking in the background, smoking away with wood chips from the tree(extra flavor)as he whistles a tune tune to himself and chips away the remaining excess wood from what looks to be a leopard lying on a branch.

Quite the picture you painted in you mind. Unfortunately, it likely was created in some building in Orlando by a guy named Bubba.

Proper Way To Salute:
not really anything new, but...
Many of you ex Military folks are not comfortable with those who don't know the proper method of saluting the flag when you are no longer in uniform. It makes you feel proud to see someone who does know how to salute when the flag passes by or the National Anthem is played!
