i think another plan tried to park too closly to it, and got it with its propeller

I don't remember the exact story of the plane getting sliced up, but I seem to recall that a guy was borrowing a plane, had problems starting it and decided to do it the old fashioned way by turning on the fuel pumps and the ignition, cranking up the throttle and rotating the propeller by hand... The engine started alright, but the idiot had forgotten to place stopping blocks in front of the tires, so the plane started moving, sliced up the other plane and then crashed through the hangar wall...
