TARP (Crane Accident)

I came across these photos saved as "TARP.JPG" on my HD, probably in some reference to the government bailout packages that were passed last year. Anyway, they're kinda funny.

That has got to be one of the funniest pic series that I have seen here (I wish there was a vid. )

The pictures where the green crane falls in are obviously photo-chopped. How is it that the green crane dropped the red crane back in exactly the same spot it was before? And why did that group of people standing in front of the green crane suddenly turn into a cloud of blurry smoke?

And where did the third crane in the water come from?
