I believe I laughed my fucking ass right off!

A friend of mine sent me the link a couple days ago. I laughed so hard, I nearly pissed my pants when I watched it.
I think I was quoted so many times. That was so funny.
On a serious note about how shitty Sony is.....
I have a Sony Vaio laptop I bought a few years ago. After one year, its starts having problems. I call them, they do a warranty repair to replace the motherboard. Not pleased the board didn't last a year, but they fixed it quick and I had to pay no money. A year later I start developing a new problem -- the machine now out of warranty -- where the battery won't charge unless I get the cord in just exactly the right position.
I call them. They have me ship it to them and they tell me they'll give me an estimate. A few days later they call and say, "its the motherboard and that'll be $650 to fix it." Now this was in February of last year. In 2008 you could buy a new laptop for $650. I start to argue with them, questioning the quality of the equipment. Why should an fairly expensive laptop ($1100 in 2006) go through 2 mother boards in 2 years? I thankfully get them to send it back without me having to pay for it (though I'd had already dumped $50 into shipping it to them in the first place).
The machine sits and is replaced with a new one.
The machine continues to sit and gather dust.
The whole time I'm thinking though, "how could it be the motherboard? Its a battery charging issue. Its a problem with the connection between the A/C adapter and the whatever cord attaches it to the motherboard. Maybe its lose. Maybe its its worn out. This is not a $650 problem." Finally, I take it to a friends house and we disassemble it. We look at the D/C cable that runs from the motherboard to the socket (?) where the A/C power connects. We remove the cable and find a new one online from a part dealer ($62 with shipping). The new part arrived last week. We reassembled the machine 2 nights ago and I'm typing this post with that same laptop right now. It works fine.
Sony and their trained experienced technicians wanted to ream me for $650 for a new motherboard when my art degree having ass was able to diagnose and fix the problem for $60.
They are a bunch of fuckers. A bunch of sorry-assed, low-rent, thieving, cock-sucking fuckers. PS3 can kiss my ass and Sony can gargle my hairy ball sack. I'm going to go play my 360 bitchez.
Douche bags. They are also douche bags.
