Solution to the financial crisis: Closing the money hole?

I think the money hole they are describing is the US welfare system.

get rid of the liberal hand-out and entitlement machine ..and those people that voted for "change" and couldnt come up with one thing Barak Obama will change...
then legalize marijuana ... tax the shit out of it ... which would free up valuable prison space for people that truly deserve to be there like molesters, rapists, womanizers, and muderers ..and would free up the money spent on the "war on drugs" for other things like education and putting "welfare recipients" to work picking up garbage on the sides of roads and parks.
Hell ... make welfare recipients work government jobs like picking up trash alongside roads, in parks, or maybe go back to making highways by hand with the chain-gangs from prison.
also ... you DO NOT raise taxes on corporations employing 100% american citizens. Corporations do not pay taxes anyway... how so you say?? hmmm Corporations are in business to make money and by law are only obligated to provide shareholder value... so if say Target gets taxed 1 trillion dollars ...guess what ... they are gonna pass that 1 trillion dollars off to the consumer buying products in the form of higher costs ... and in turn higher costs = more sales tax for the consumer ..not the corporation. something that was a dollar before is now a dollar fifty and at a simple 10% tax ... instead of paying 1.10 previously with tax ... now its 1.65 with tax which has been taxed twice ... not to mention the raised tax on gasoline that it took to get to target on top of the income tax you paid on your paycheck.
ultimately ... people need to stop living with champagne taste on beer income.
