If they hadn't been there in the first place (every place in my area has signs posted which includes the side walks that are for pedestrions no exceptions) they got what they deserved. or if he just left when he was first told it would have solved everything. but he didn't so screw him he got what was coming. then he laughs after catching a beatting. f**k skaters
