The tongue twisting answer to this question is...
"A wood chuck would chuck all the wood he could chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood."
That's my favorite tongue twister too. Like you I've been saying it since I was a kid (with the answer on the end) and I can zip right through it without the least bit of hesitation. I've never heard rumdum's addition to this tongue twister and mine makes more sense and goes with the flow of the tongue twister.
