In argentina we call beer = birra
In brasil I would scream "mais uma!!!" if i want another beer. translation would be "plus one" but if you are on bar at the beach everyone knows what you are talking about.
In Czeck it "pivo" for beer. and "Ahoy Krazny" means "hello beautifull" that all i know
