WTF is with Pro Vids and Reposts?

when you guys have such an overkill of pics, why don't you limit traffic for uploaders? (bytes/amount of pics per hour or day or slt)

My problem is not with the Pro Vids, but all the underage material. I wont be renewing my membership anymore, just because I feel that alot of the pics and vids are underage. I do report it, but it goes unnoticed. Anybody can argue the point all they want, but many of these girls are simply not 18.

how do you know that? I don't think so. I saw many vids here (free membership I know) but I think Diz-X and all the others work hard to keep this legal (they are under the lay too) sometimes it hard to find out if this or that girl 18 or maybe 17 or even younger- you are right.
please post a screenshot of this material that you've seen.

we have never tried to argue anyone being under age

i dont handle the reported babe movies or anything like that so i dont know anything about them going unnoticed


as soon as a member posts "i think shes underage" in a comment under a movie i remove it IMMEDIATELY no questions asked, i have told ALL moderators to go on the side of caution.



we do NOT promote or allow any underage material, in fact all moderators are in complete agreement that it is COMPLETELY WRONG, and we do remove it immediately when its under any kind of question or doubt.

I totally agree with Fefe, I hate to lose you as a sponsor but I just don't believe any of the crew,myself included,would just ignore a report of underaged material being posted

I'd actually like to see a link to a vid that he thinks is underage.

Like the others have said, as soon as the age is questioned (unless we damn well know otherwise), the video is removed on the spot.

First of all, it is great that you guys are so involved in improving this site.

About your comments:
Our policy with regard to underage is that we remove everything that we think is underage and that you report as underage. We delete EVERYthing which is reported as underage or possibly underage. We respect the law. Still it may be possible that some of the members or mods feel that there is an underage girl in a movie. If you, as a user have this feeling, then report this movie and it will be deleted. We have no US2257 regulation on amateur porn (that’s why it is amateur), so you cannot be sure if somebody is 18 or 17. Nevertheless if we have the slightest amount of doubt whether a girl is 18 we remove the content. We absolutely do not tolerate child pornography.


It is always ‘nice’ to see how people are claiming this and that with absolutely no numbers to base the claim on. Like ‘a huge increase in reposts and pro vids’ or ‘all the underage material’. Then it is fair to ask: how many reposts, what is huge? How many %, which are the pro vids, what underage material and so on. If you have a list with numbers which proof this, then we can do something with it. With these kind of claims unfortunately we cannot do a lot. So we appreciate if you notice bad things but please come with numbers and specific content which has to be removed.

Furthermore it is always a dilemma: we increased the number of weekly movies from 200 to 500-600. The percentage of pro material to our opinion has remained the same , but since our members start to complain if we do not put enough new content online, it is logical that there are more pro movies that slip through our control in an absolute way (not relative).
That’s why we have a REPORT button to help us to reduce our human mistakes. Unfortunately it is not used frequently enough apparently. So please use this button if something is not right according to your opinion.

My approach with regard to pro content is that in case I have doubts I put it online and leave it to the community to verify whether the movie is pro or not.

Finally a new feature we have is that all the new movies which are sent in are online within 5 days (except in case the movie consists of a series). Soon this will be possible when we have solved the technical problems.

I knew some people would question the fact.....After I posted yesterday I went back and copied a few movie numbers..

There is plenty more, I understand the mods have a heavy workload, I do report it, but I rarely see a movie or pic being brought down after I report it.

Well, I was happy with this thread until the tone of this arrived. If I am a paying member, why the hell should I do your work for you ????

But since you appear to want to talk like a lawyer, let me add that I am a £1500-an-hour media lawyer based in London and I would suggest that if you want to conduct a legal discourse then you should get a dictionary.

Then would come a lengthy investigation, checking out all the other concerns.

When I take on cases like that I don't give a damn about the owners going to prison, my aim is simply to destroy them financially. Even if WBW is a limited company, or a BV in the Netherlands, or its equivalent in any country, the veil of incorporation is simple to lift and the company directors can be prosecuted personally.

If I were you, I would be taking these issues which, remember, have been brought up by your members in good faith, very seriously indeed.

The reason why a site like this fails is always because there is one idiot mod or owner who acts without responsibility and basically cooks his own golden goose so hard it ends up choking them.

I may not agree with everything you said - But I give you credit for your approach and use of well thought out ideas and points. This is one of the best explained argument posts I've seen on here in years.

No one said you had to. But if you want to help improve the site it is an option that is greatly appreciated, I know because I was a mod until a few days ago. But I can understand if he use a harsh tone because there has always been so many complaints of this kind and this probably isn't the last one. And you talk a lot of being a lawyer and what you could do to the site if you wanted to. Big man you are. This site is indeed free for all and all mods are working on a voluntary basis. I know because I did. And because of that there is a lesser degree of control of the content of the site, things that shouldn't slip through do and to some degree we depend on members to discover those mistakes. The alternative according to you seems to be that the site is made all pay-site. BUT that would mean that this site wouldn't even get half of the content that it's able to offer now and then you probably wouldn't want to pay to come here anyway.

My objective was not to appear to be "a big man". I only wanted to point out the issues and I think I made it pretty clear that I was not going to take them forward.

I simply was illustrating what someone might do given the chance.

I think its cool that both free and pay members coexist here. There's no problem with that model.

What I would suggest, though, is that the money which paying members contribute must go somewhere. And is it not right that part of that money should be reinvested in the site making it a better place for all?

I have respect for 95% of the mods here. Why shouldn't they get paid for doing what is a thankless task? To go slightly further, where is the money that comes into WBW going? I think you don't have to scroll up too far to find out.

If I have offended you, then I am sorry. But I'm doing this out of a feeling of responsibility to other paying members, who would not have to put up with these conditions on other sites.

No, you didn't offend me. It just seemed that you took his post a little too personal. No biggie then if I misunderstood you.

And I agree that the money should go to improve the site. I don't know to what extent this is done though apart from improving the bandwidth, getting more servers and make the existing ones better.

The guy does have a point. If someone wanted to be a dick, WBW could be brought into copyright hell quite easily - but then again so could any other website out there, mine included.

If someone wants to get all sue happy, we're all fucked. But I don't think he was meaning that as a threat - just saying that there are alot of pro vids on here.

One I downloaded the other day had an advertisement for another website in the middle. I didn't report it, because I figured someone else would notice - and I'm sure there were many reports for that same video.

I don't think it was a threat, like I said - just stating his point - which was a good one. Sure, the mods could probably watch the videos all the way through to prevent that - but I have noticed a huge spike in videos being uploaded by the mods and more quickly, so you have to take the good with the bad and not worry so much about it. All in all, I think his comments were more to help the forum than hurt it.

Then again, I'm getting all wordy and I've even bored myself, so you guys fight it out.
