hey, the way you handle so called "breach of guidelines" is flat out awful. I have only been here as a member since July, but I have been using this site for many years and was a member many years ago. since July I have been hit with 3 breach of guidelines "punishments" the first one was because I was baited into an argument over some moron's offensive comments, I learned that the right thing to do was report him. then time 2 apparently, I was accused of doxing, which I did not do, maybe what I posted was taken out of context I don't know. now for the 3rd time (second time this month) I have been again punished for "breach of guidelines" I have sent yet another note to support for an explanation as to why I was punished this time. none of these 3 times was I informed by the mods who enforced the so called "breach of guidelines" what I had done wrong, the only reason I was able to verify the first 2 instances was through e-mails with Support. let me ask you how is it that you can hand out a punishment for a supposed "breach of Guidelines" without some kind of explanation? without a chance to defend myself if I don't agree? Afterall how am I to know what if anything I did wrong without being told? how IF I am in the wrong can I learn not to repeat the same mistake again without an explanation? I'm starting to feel like a child who is getting a slap on the hand for not eating my vegetables lol however I am not a child and should not be treated as such on an ADULT web site. YOU should be responsible for letting me know what I did, who reported it either a mod or a member, and showing me in the guidelines where it says what I did was wrong. I have to put in A LOT of time on here to earn credits, I have to vote, comment or give an awesome to another's comment 100 times to earn just 1 credit and I have no problem with that because I enjoy doing it, but when you take away credits for unknown reasons you are making me waste my time and effort. by earning credits, I am contributing to the site, helping other members earn credits and making the process more fun for everyone. I know there are many users like myself who enjoy reading comments for several reason such as the wit of the comments. I put a lot of time into this site, I contribute in all categories (babes, movies and cars), some more than others due to the huge amount of content that is submitted and needs to be sorted before being posted, and this of course takes time and I have no problem with that. by adding content to the site, I and everyone else who does make it a better site after all the more content the merrier! we all know the droves Apon droves of people who are here and contribute absolutely NOTHING, I don't want to be that person I want to be one who helps others to enjoy the site by providing content, but not if I'm going to be punished for doing so with zero explanation. this is just wrong on so many levels and will force me and many others to stop commenting for fear of being wrongfully punished as I'm sure many, many members have in the past to avoid losing credits.

Understandable. I will look into this.
One thing that is going to change in next couple of days is the penalty amount. It's now about 2 credits, and gonna change it to 0.2.
I am trying to get to working on page with all the rules explained, and with examples. I was working on this some time ago, but my private life and depression got to me. Yes, I feel like I have failed all members because of my lack of solving the problems like these.

Diz first I want to thank you very, very much for addressing my issue so quickly and for making the effort to make a quick change to remedy it. I think changing the penalty amount from 2 credits to 0.2 makes a world of difference and I thank you. second, life has a way of kicking you really hard in the chest without any notice, I know, I have been there many times in my life. I wish I could tell you an easy way to get through whatever it is that you are dealing with but like the most of us I don't have one, just know that things do get better. third I would never say that you have failed all the members here because that is simply not true, this site has been up for 20 years! thousands of sites have come and gone and this one is still standing strong! in my humble opinion I think the problem is your plate is overflowing and you just can't do it all yourself, with that being said I would be very happy to help you and the site in any way I can to take some of the pressure off, and I think there are many other members who feel the same way and would gladly help. if I can help in any way, please message me to talk further. thank you again Diz.

few remarks....
For earning credit the Series: Suggestions is missing...
I don't understand why you put commenting and forums on the same level...
in the Forum the most posting are picture included while a simple nice in comments is less interesting...
Also if you give commenting 0,05 credits and removing them a penalty of 0,02 people will create and remove comments directly one after another to abuse the system and earn credits easily....

wow Diz these new changes are excellent! instead of changing one item you made changes across the board. unexpected and very appreciated, and I know when I say this, I am speaking for most if not all of the other members who will be thankful and excited for these changes. thank you so much Diz for listening to my feedback and taking action so quickly. this is the type of thing that separates this site from so many others that don't care about what the members think and have a take it or leave it attitude and/or zero customer service. thank you again Diz

I think when Diz says comment removed, he is referring to breach of guidelines comments. correct me if I am wrong Diz.

So you would still reward users for breaching the guidlines , sounds stupid....

Corrected the punishment with negative values. Yeah it would otherwise that you get points for breaching.

Diz when you give 0.05 for a new comment and you only take 0.02 back for breaching you still gain 0.03 at the end with your breaching comment....

well, if you think about it, you're not being rewarded your still being punished, the issue is when your punished you are not given an explanation as to why and that's not fair for example the first 2 times, I was punished I contacted support and they reversed the punishment because I was not at fault. a 2-credit punishment is way too much it takes you 200 comments, votes and/or awesome's given to get 2 credits, that's a lot of time spent. now if you do or say something totally out of line, something that cannot be taken the wrong way such as racism, harassment, bullying and such then you deserve the punishment. do you want to be punished for something you supposedly did without an explanation? once the guidelines are updated and are clear as a bell as to what you will be punished for this is a perfect way not to have to tell everyone who gets punished what they did, still there will be people who think they are being punished wrongly but with the penalty being more reasonable most will let it go.

If you want credits that bad you still can contribute with pictures and videos , that's the quickest way instead of giving awesomes or putting comments just for the credits , I'm sure the other users will be more pleased with it....
by the way you don't get credits by giving a awesome but only when you received one (the mention Awesomes: You have given an awesome. in your credit mutations is wrong)

thank you for the info, my bad. well by commenting I get a lot of awesome's and I do contribute and think for being here only since July I'm doing quite well, as you know it can take a long time to get your stuff approved due to the sheer volume of stuff to go through. credits get you a lot of things, access to movies, pictures, downloading and such, so yeah, I want credits

Maybe Diz changed the numbers in his post above since I see it was edited. But he has it listed as .05 for commenting, but .20 for breaching. So a member would lose 0.15 for a removed comment overall.

Nah I missed it when he removed the 0 , it was already rectified before the quote you posted from me...

Still don't know how much you get when you link a picture to a serie....fot the moment it's 1.0
