One member = one vote
There is no way to determine if a member is voting their conscience or has another motive. What you're actually suggesting is that we censor the members that don't agree with you or share your taste.
In reference to the picture you used as an example,
1)You can't really tell what the girl looks like because you can only see one side of her face, and she's wearing sunglasses.
2)She may be a little chunky, it's hard to tell with the way she's sitting.
3)She's not naked, so if you're at WBW to see adult content, the pic could just be a distraction.
4)IMO, it's an ordinary beach pic, not unlike thousands of other beach pics in the gallery.

EDIT: Oh, and as far as your example goes... I must say, that her score is still real low. Normally, she would have gotten an average score around an 8. Personally, I would have rated her a 9... Only cuz she didn't let those fantastice puppies out!

I hate this--for example, when i go to vote a chick a 9 cuz i think she looks real hot- then i find out i already voted her a 7 or an 8 already (or vice versa). fucking getting old sucks!

it really doesn't effect the rating system, because they do it to all the pics equally. So in fact they negate their own votes and only the votes of everyone who vote fairly count. If every picture gets a 1 from the same person then all it does is slightly lower the votes of ALL pictures. Meaning the top pictures will still be in the top as voted by everyone who doesn't just plunk down a 1. Also, 1's are pretty opinon based. If I think a girl is ugly, she's get a 1. If she's fat, what you may call chubby, she gets a 1. I base it on... would I fuck this girl? If yes then I rate her what I feel she should be rated, if the answers no she's a 1.
Example: The girl used as an example, I would give a 5. She's by no means hot, but if I was drunk I'd probably fuck her so to me she's a 5. That's where the difference of opinion comes in. I have very high standards when it comes to women so of course my votes are gonna be lower then people with low standards who rate ugly chicks high as hell.
This is the millionth thread about this, it's not gonna change. The mods aren't gonna waste their time to censor other peoples opinions just cause you have worse taste in women then they do and consider ugly chicks attractive. That's the bottom line. Thanks Brownell for commenting this thread, you put it much more tastefully then I.

Same here. I have voted a few 1-4. But I rarely do that, and only if I find the girl absolutely scary and repulsive...which is VERY RARELY the case. There's always something positive....nice tits, nice legs, pretty eyes....even if the rest is nasty.
