the more I see, the more weird stuff I find out there.... if your wife was pregnant I could see wanting to have sex, but nothing else. But people like lots of weird stuff. We have a bunch of guys who prefer some of the weirdest stuff out there, like a hairy pussy, pregnant women, and meaty pussy lips. I would think that 90% of the men would think those things are either unattractive (hairy pussy) or just plain gross (meaty pussy lips and prego).
My theory is that their wife has one of these things, so they have grown to love them because they love their wives, but I still would bet on a huge majority disagreeing.

Just because you find things unattractive doesn't make them universally unattractive. That's just your personal tastes. There is nothing weird about big lips, hairy pussies or pregnancy. In fact, these are all natural states of some women bodies.
Regarding your theory, you also have been used to some kind of "attractiveness" yourself either by personal experience or general culture (thin and shaved ladies rules nowadays but it was not always the case).
So I'd ask : do people like pregnant women because they have weird experiences/fetishes or because they got past the unusual and learnt to appreciate and see the beautiful part of it ?
