Video Uploads "awaiting moderator" for very extended period of time?

As point of clarification, when a pic gets denied as pro, that doesn't necessarily mean the person in the photo was the pro. Photographers also have legal rights to the picture, As does companies that hire them and or endorses them. I hope that helps with any questions on that subject.

How do you judge a photo as underage if you have no idea who she is? Sounds like its just an arbitrary guess on the mods part.

you should know that having underage pictures on a porn site can get us trouble by law... (even if the underage person is not the one in front but in the back)
So better delete a picture of underage looking people than have the site shut down....

I wasn't saying underage pics should be allowed, I was wondering how you judged them to be underage. I've only had a couple denied because they were judged underage, but I've seen several others here that looked a lot younger than the ones I sent in. I don't know any better way to do it, but it might help if only one moderator was judging them by looks. Then at least the criteria would be the same.

I strongly believe it is better to be safe than sorry. The deletion or refusal of the odd picture is better than having the police knocking at the door with accusations of viewing "child porn".

I completely agree. If they look young they are refused by me pure and simple. I wont even search for pic if it looks too young, as I don't need my ISP thinking I'm a chomosexual and damn sure don't need the cops at my door thinking the same.

Well you can make it simple for yourself .... you take a good look at your refused pictures of underaged girls and if you think that the girls in your next upload serie are older than them then you post it if not you don't....

Just found some handy info on aspect ratios of pics, now less altered and photo shop pics will get through.

First of all the pictures weren't underage girls, but maybe the easiest would be to stop posting since only certain members here have favorable status. They can post what look like underage to the rest of us, post the same photos you refuse as duplicates, professional models, or poor quality we send in. I've seen other comments so I'm not the only one complaining about this.

There are websites out there for that type of material and if the search returns a result from one of those sites, for safety's sake it gets deleted. It is also the mod's option if a age is questionable. We also check with other mods opinion(s) on the pic.

well if you are sure it's a duplicate , professionals ,bad quality , underage , etc you can always report it by using the report-button...
A mod will look at it and remove it if needed.....
