Video missing and a couple other questions

Hi, we are a couple new here so don't know our way around yet.
Recently we uploaded 2 videos. Before this we had posted one other. Of the two videos we recently uploaded only 1 is now live and other is not. Although it says 3 approved in the upload stats on our profile. Please help with this

Secondly, how do we delete a video or picture that we uploaded? Read on a forum post that we have to report it or ask a Moderator. Since after reporting the video is still there after 1 day was hoping to ask a mod. Speaking of which, who are the moderators for video and pictures. Would appreciate any help.

Lastly when we send a message to another user it prevents us by saying only active users can start a chat. How or when do we become active users?


Any help on the above would be greatly appreciated, please.

Deleting a video, just report them. I will take care of them.

FYI --- I believe I have observed similar behavior to what was described in the original post where a video is uploaded and approved, I'm even credited for uploading it, but the video never appears, either in my list of uploaded videos, or in the video stream. Not sure if this is a delay in the web processing or some kind of bug..... but noticing this days after the video is "approved"
