I uploaded some pics, it shows in the waiting for 20 days., is it standard for so long to take?

Yeah for now it is, we are working very hard with the moderation crew to lower this time and doing so pretty well the last couple of days. we gone from 16000 to 12500 waiting in queue.

BTW - what is the function of the queue log??? I am unable to delete the items and it doesn't serve any logical purpose!
