Go to the detail page of the video you wish to download, and click "MP4 Original" to download the videos. It works for me. Make sure your codecs are up to date or use a video player like VLC, MPlayer, or MPV. Also as to the delay in updates, the movie backend was recently just redone so there was a break in the transcoding queue for a couple of days. And at the same time the primary video moderator quit due to the sheer amount of violations being constantly uploaded to the queue with no regard to the rules.

Sounds like that asshole Bongolos or whoever fellow. I heard he threatened to quit like 4-5 times back in the day.

The workaround is better than nothing but it would be nicer if the problem was fixed. The "MP4 Original" file has been re-encoded smaller, and it's a pain to load every detail page.
The download button on the overview page still works on # 99367 and all the older ones. Something isn't being done on the ones after that so the download link is broken. I'll volunteer to moderate them if it will help.

The download button not working on the thumbnails was reported.
