unapproved videos?

why not make the unapproved videos available for us who choose to pay for sponsor accounts?
I have noticed that it takes a lot of time for videos that are uploaded to be approved. Or was that just the one video I uploaded that got delayed?

Welcome to the site, were glad you found us.

It can take some time for pictures and videos to be approved, they do all have to be viewed the whole way through and approved by real people.

If the videos are anything like the pictures awaiting approval, then 80% of them will get deleted due to being unsuitable for the site.

The most common reasons for not approving them are because they are already in the galleries or copyrighted or of underage models.
So I hope you can see that we would get into a lot of trouble if we let members see them before they are reviewed.

I'll add a touch more insight into the numbers if you'd like.

On average about 350 videos are reviewed each week, of those 350 approximately 200 are accepted each week (based on April statistics so far) and 150 are rejected. So approximately 57% of all videos submitted are approved, which is considerably higher than the picture approval rate. Some videos are less than 30 seconds, others are over an hour long, each video is viewed in its entirety before being accepted. So yes, there are a lot of hours involved. Currently there are 130 videos waiting to be reviewed, if no others were submitted it would take less than a week to review them, however thats not the case. Videos are also reviewed on a random basis, so mods can't play favorites and only review videos submitted by certain members. On average a video shouldn't take much more than a week to be reviewed, but on occasion it can, depending on how many mods are working, the length of the video, the randomness of the queue, etc.
