Unable to download more then 2 Vids at once

i am a sponcered member so i should be able to do 8 at once right? i am currently using firefox, also if i download 2 at one time i cant browse the website nothing will load until a video is done. Is this Firefox or maybe somthing with my ISP? I think when i use IE i can download multiple but havnt used it in a long time and prefer not to. BTW 12 more days of my membership gunna have to get another year and make it the third one.... i think i should get a free t shirt or somthing right? lol or do i have to break the 5 year mark

type about:config in your address bar,
find network.http.max-connections-per-server
and change the number to 8

what wortel said.... its in the browser settings of firefox... i used to have the same problem when modding movies.

hmm still no luck it only does 2 dowloads at a time from this site. I can download 2 vids here and download multiple things from other sites at the same time though,

I have the same trouble, with IE and I've changed the number of connections. I get around it by specifying a different server in the url, if you specify www/fefe/alice/jamie/skywalker, you can get 2 downloads from each server at the same time. It's a pain in the ass, but better than waiting.

ok thanks diz that works "network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server" was set at 2, as we speak i have 5 downloads going at once. frigging awesome.
