Hey folks. I tried emailing the WBW team but never ended up getting a response so I figured I'd post this on here in case someone can help.

Basically, I'm just trying to download my favourites. When I click on the download link a window pops up and says that it is preparing my files to download, it stays like that for 2 seconds and then it dissapears and nothing happens.

I've tried resetting cookies, cache and all that stuff and even used 3 different browsers but they all do the same thing.

Any suggestions on how to get this fixed?

I have attached an image of what my window looks like for the 2 seconds.

Are you sure your program isn't downloading them somewhere else on the machine than where you want them to be?
You need to specify the place where you want to save the files to. Its happened to me before now.

The thing is nothing comes up after that. Using Chrome, it would just start downloading to my default directory and that's it. The "preparing" window pops up and that's all that happens.

Trying again and still nothing. I'd really like this feature to work and it's not making any sense as to why it isn't. I've tried numerous computers and the same thing happens on each. If I download a file one by one, it works fine but that is the only time it works. Unfortunately there are too many to download one by one. Any progress on this by anyone?

Sorry, I forgot about this thread.
So I tried myself and I have the exact same problem as you.
I asked Diz but got no answer yet...

I tried with google chrome (I use Firefox) and it worked though. So maybe it's a browser related but. What browser are you using ?

Did you check any popup blockers you might have active?
If so, the download feature should work when you create an exclusion for wbw.

Hope this will work for you.

I'm not a chrome fan but I can't see anything IE does that chrome can't do.
