Trouble with WBW

Since the new site look came along I havent beenable to play vids at all.

Ah I see. Do I need to load different software to play once they are processed?

I had scubafeller send me a link of a video that he can't see, and it worked fine for me, so I suspect there could be an actual problem...potentially on his end, but maybe not.

Nothing to download
The new player is also compatible with mobile device so that's why everything need to be processed again.

Can the mods track multiple IDs through ISP addresses?

Indeed, I don't know for sure for all of them, but at least half of them are the same person (and according to the fact the votes have been given in a row, there is a high probability that they all are).
We'll check.

Right now alot of the front page thumbs are not loading. When I click on those links the pics don't load either.

Same problem.
Also the background doesn't display properly (see screenshot).

Fixed, problem seems to be a server that was crashed.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the work you do on trying to fix the problems that people are having.

I do agree with some that not being able to tag sucks. That's the only thing I miss from the old site and wish that was back and wish not only a select few had that choice. Other than that I like it and appreciate the hard work being put in.

One server is having some problems with disk... Think it has to be replaced, only I cannot be sure about this.

Tonight we had two problems with the servers:
1) The file server connection just dropped, don't know why... restarting services helped fix the problems.
2) A couple of hours later the database server desided to-do the same thing, a restart helped fix these problem.

Sorry for the downtime, hopefully these problems are fixed now.

Some answers on why this happened on my previous messages.

Seems like the internal switch crashed a little and gave package lost, a restart of the switch solved these problems.

This never happened before so this was something new for me

All seems to be working well now :-)

Yeah what a broken internal network can do with a site... one services crashed, the other didn't close connections so connections piled up and stopped accepting connections.

It took some time to figure out, and hopefully this doesn't happen anymore.

Movie files that I download are corrupt. Is there a problem with the server?

Same as the previous poster. I'm downloading files, but I can't play any of them. When I try to view the movies through the player it says not found.

Sorry for those issues, I have fixed it right away. Everything works correctly now again. It was a bug that came to pass with a quick patch I did to add some last minute fixes to something else.

Everything should be running fine now again.
