Tougher standards?

Quick question. I've been uploading for about two years. After a break I came back this month and started uploading again.

Now it seems like almost everything (90%) I upload gets rejected. Even stuff I know is original is getting rejected. Are there new standards in place or is there a new reviewer?

Thanks

Some mods changed, we got new tool to detect duplicates or professional content and the more the years pass, the more chance some content have to be already in the galleries, so yeah, standards changed most likely.
80% of your uploads have been rejected so far, mostly because you upload professional stuff or duplicate. Nothing you can do about duplicates though.

Completely understand on the duplicates.

However, I've got stuff that was original (from me) and yet was rejected due to "Other" (no explanation) or Altered, I'm guessing because it was cropped to the subject. No one wants to see the background or unrelated people...keeping the background makes the subject too small to be interesting. Why not a reasonable crop?

Also have had others rejected due to Photoshopping for cum, when it's...ahem...clearly the real thing.

This has kind of discouraged me from even trying to upload anything, really. Feels like a waste of time and being rejected this much isn't fun.

How long are photos taking to upload also? I have had one waiting for some time.

getting the same issue here !! have original photos i've taken myself been rejected. it's like if they don't come straight off the camera....they won't take them ???? some photos aren't necessarily photoshopped either....the image is made more clear or red eye removed, etc. what's the deal reviewers ????

Thank you, lingerie4me. Glad to know that I'm not the only one that's getting hit by this.

Other usually means:
- the picture has nothing to do on a porn website (in your case, from the last pics I've seen in your log, check the rule #9)
- kid in background : that's not allowed, for obvious reasons
- something else (very rare occasion)

"Altered/photoshop" doesn't necessarily means photoshopped (for cum or something else) but anything related to rule #4.

As a reminder, here are the rules : https://whatboyswant.com/forums/read/146141

Looks like it's been moderated since your queue is empty

Filters aren't allowed, in your case (2 pics)

Speaking of keeping the standards
Could you do something about this?

okay thanks, Omuh. I re-read the standards. Cleaned out my pending uploads and tried again. Let's see if I do better with this batch.

Doesn't seem to go against any rule and even have good ratings. We can't have rules based on personal tastes ^^

I keep getting images rejected and most recently a couple of nice quality that I took. Image was cropped since there was a lot of unnecessary kitchen in it and better to focus on the asset, other than that I have no idea why they would be refused..kind of annoying. How does one see "why" an image was rejected?
I recently had an image rejected then shortly after I saw it was uploaded by someone else! What's that??

First of all, check the rules here : https://whatboyswant.com/forums/read/146141
Then you can check you delete log here : https://whatboyswant.com/babes/queuelog (or by going into babes > upload > delete log tab)
Each reason usually refers to a rule. For example "celebrity/model" refer to rule #1 or "Altered/photoshopped" refers to rule #4.

For you it seems that altered (filters or cropped) and bad quality pics are the usual reason your pics get rejected.
An uncropped picture will always be favorited over a cropped one (especially since we rarely have a way to know the reason of cropping : going around duplicate detection or removing a watermark being the usual goal of cropping).
