Sad I know but given the nature of my job where the t and c's are vital and also because I have a gf who is fully versed and educated in law I always tend to read t & c's of an website to se if they are good, bad, laughable or even enforeable. I was just after a bit of feedback on if thats ok?

The previously mentioned bit I thought I'd ask about as it seems a bit strange, but I haven't had much sleep so maybe its just me. The bit I was most interested in which I can't for the life of me find now was a section which refered to the watermarking of the photos and proceeding that section was one whih discusses tracks and that all p2p etc... sites are monitored. My question is am I missing something, is there just audio on this site? If so can you tell me where?
