Because popups is the most anoying, thing in the world, im sure with this amount of visitors Diz should be able to get everything paid by banners, but is that something you wanna look at ?

Let me tell you this, we could get banners all over the place but that is not wht we want. We want a site whit some banners and commercial advertising that's normal bur pop ups en an overload of banners with annoing habbits that isnot what we want. When a banner is on our site it must be from some value for the visitors on our site. Most of the visitors know where they can find sites of commercial pictures. As someone want to put an banner to our site like Fetishware.nl you can buy products there for your own use or as a present for your girlfriend. (BTW not everyone can see that banner)

The goal of the site is to have a community for fun and spending some time on.

let us say this Diz-x is spending between the 60-80 hours a week to the site I'm spending between the 30-50 hours a week to the site. We put all our free time in it to make this site more and more complex and enjoyable to be. and Diz-x is the one who does the technical part and i try to do something of commercial en development. But it is not that black and white we try to as mutch as possible as a team and to communicate and phylosofy about the site we put more and more great features in it.

For Diz-x the site is his life for me it is a very big part of my life. So hopefully everybody can understand that.
