Skywalker is Retarded

This is not a complaint. It's just informational. Ignore it, delete it, I dun care. Just in case someone wanted to know though...

Skywalker (the server) is consistently retarded - and I don't mean it's broken. I mean "he's the slowest of the group."

This picture loads fine on Jamie and the other servers, but despite being over a month old, Skywalker can't find it. This isn't the only image he has issues with mind you, but it's a good example.

He is consistently behind the curve of the other servers, and not by "just a little bit."

I think he ate too many wookies as a child.

Cannot find any problems with the force.. will look into it a little more.

It's spread from the development server to the regular site. It doesn't matter which I use, the site is CRAZZZZZZZZY slow, and I get non-stop timeouts. I'm also having the problem of the CSS files not being properly rendered while the site loads slowly. If the site responds quickly, everything shows up fine.

I don't want to create another thread, since this one already exists, but...is anyone else having the problems that I had in my last post? They haven't gotten any better...actually, they've gotten worse. I'm tired of having to hit refresh every two minutes on here.


It's only on WBW too, so I know it can't be solely on my end.

Too many people using the new devsite.. this way the dev server gets overloaded from time to time.

In about 2 weeks we are going to launch the new site.

I dont have any issues with any of the servers including yoda. I haven't noticed any slow down at all

This is exactly what I'm talking about. Every time I click on this pic from my favorites, it usually works. Tonight, after many weeks of that pic having been on this site, I went to go view it again and when it loaded a blank screen I knew at once I must be on Skywalker again.

I checked and sure as shit, I was.

This is the same picture (although there were actually several along the way) that inspired me to bitch and moan about Skywalker when I started this thread. He's still doing it, as though he doesn't have access to this picture or something, but knows he's supposed to have it. Like he just can't find it or something.

i'm mostly lost here but it says i'm on jamie and that picture thing you're posting works fine for me? i don't know. a big laggish for the site in general i've noticed recently but generally no big problems like you are experiencing
