I should clarify - It's not censorship If I choose only for myself.

Right, and I was responding with my thoughts on your opinion. It is hardly 'semantics'. Censorship is the suppression or prohibition of something. That's part of the definition of the word. You stated an opinion, I responded with my thoughts on that. That is how discussions work.
...
Well, your deduction is incorrect. I was merely pointing out that limiting or placing terms on a discussion is a form of censorship. Nothing more, nothing less. If you feel it was some form of effort on my part to initiate some form of confrontation, then you are mistaken.
As far as hiding comments, what point does it really serve? What value do image comments have for the site/community? Does stating that a girl has large breasts and that a user would like to <insert some implausible act> with them somehow provide extra value for another user's experience on the site? Also, why are negative comments seemingly frowned upon and even removed even though they don't contain what might be considered hate speech towards a particular group or orientation? I just don't see much in the way of positives to recommend keeping comments as they don't seem balanced (allowing positive and negative commentary equally) and I haven't seen (so far) any real positives for keeping them outside of using them as a point mill for a small group.

We could add a button for "dislike" a comment and hide comments after certain amount of "dislikes".
I have been working on whole new site from the ground up to combat a lot of these issues, but I cannot do anything great without input from you guys.

I used to belong to a forum that allowed you to block comments from individual members who were notorious shitposters. Most of the members preferred that system compared to a blanket ban or no moderation at all.
I can't imagine people would make 100 comments to get a single credit. That's too much of an investment in my time for the small reward.
