No, that has a cycle of pictures where you vote 1-10. WBW just copied that for their Hot or Not section.
What I was suggesting, instead of having a 1-10 scale on WBW's Hot or Not section, just vote 'Hot' or 'Not' and have a % ranking.

Problem is that the whole rating system has to be fixed. To be honest I like it the way it is for the moment. Maybe for other sections or other voting things that will be here in the future.
