question on some of the videos

I was just wondering if other people have experienced videos being horrifically out of sync. Some videos I watch are actually "broken" they are so bad and I was just wondering if it's a lack of codec or if it was just poorly recorded. They are always webcam videos I have this problem with.

I'm not sure what the reason is for it, but I've experienced it before as well. There was a thread on it earlier, perhaps this will answer some questions you have.

I think it was around the 18 minute mark when you can definitely see something is up. This is just one example.

I'll try some of the other players just to make sure.

Can you link directly to the movies so I can test them... maybe I can help you out... What is your Operation System? What video player are you using?
