I am logged in and when i vote on a pic it doesn't record the vote any ideas why?

Votes are recorded, but replication got stuck on a error.
Slave database servers didn't update their data, result that it appeared like no data is updated. Getting it unstuck fixed the problem, and the slave servers updated the data they missed.

Lol yeah he is, i thought i was banned from voting or something and couldn't figure out what the hell i did this time..

I thought the same at first. Then I saw that all the latest pics had no view and no votes after an hour so I supposed I was not the only one ^^
