As staff on another forum site, I know that a LOT of people will say stupid things when upset about what they feel are a perceived slight. They are quick to claim things like "freedom of speech" etc. but fail to understand that forums are actually private groups, and fall under the rules of the site, not some government regulation like a constitution. If you break the rules, you get warned. You fail to abide by the rules after that, you sometimes get another warning and if it's serious enough, the forum is under no obligation to allow you to stay. Paid subscription or not.
Also, no company in it's right mind is going to give you a 100% refund for ANYTHING after you've used the majority of the item. Especially after you've failed to follow it's rules. And even more so if you decide to leave on your own. And then made the matter worse by trying to make personal business public. What gave him the idea that there is an appeals process to the entire forum?
"Douche-bag" and "fuck off" are being too kind in my eyes.
