picture uploading question

How long does it ussaly take for pictures to be uploaded
"something to look at"

I got pics in the queue from 2 weeks ago.

The car guys clear out the car upload queue daily.

there are about 14500 pics at the queue today. so it will take a while....

oh, so it takes a while for the pics to show up? i always thought they were instantly approved so long as a link wasn't posted?!

and to answer your question: the higher your rank is, the faster they get accepted.

Contrary to everyone's belief, I go to school, and have a job(no work today though). I was in class.

Depending on how hard we work on the queue depends how fast they get approved. You only have a few in there, so it'll take longer(logically, the more pics you have the greater the probability of one coming up).

There are 14,646 pics in the queue btw.

@ wrestling- pictures that are uploaded to the forums are instantly posted. images that are uploaded to the galleries need to be accepted by a mod.

I have 50 or so pics in the queue and the ones that are coming up are mostly relatively recent posts.
If a pic stays in the queue for too long and isn't rejected for the obvious reasons, does it simply fade away?
I mean, I know the standard objections, age, repost, professional, etc...
If none of those things apply and a photo doesn't show up but my pics in queue slowly goes down, did it just get dropped?

No. All pics, at some point, will be moderaed. The question is when. Try thinking of the queue like this.


Pretend all the pics are M&M's. The ones which are already in there are yellow(16,000 of them), yours are blue(52 of them) and mine are green(for arguements sake, lets say I have 100).

You reach in there, and pull one out, it's only common sense that there is a higher change of pulling out one of mine or one of the other ones before yours comes up.

All right. Fair enough. So a picture could conceivably spend weeks, months or years in the queue?

Hello, I have some strange experiences with rejection of several of my babe pics. They are soft, non-aggressive etc. and showing nothing so special to be rejected.
They were for sure never published here - I shot them personally and I didn't give them to anybody yet
What can be wrong?
