In Pic Uploading Rules minimal size is 500x375, but uploader delete pics from 500x401 to 484x720. So where truth?

That's weird indeed. I tested the system when the change was made to automatically exclude too small pics and it worked.
Now it seems that anything below 500px either width or height are rejected.
Dizzy, any idea?
