Working on a patch but this could take some more time because we are going to grab the thumbnails from flash movies... We are working on a flash embedded player at the showmovie page. I have written the conversion scripts and I already have the embedded flash player. The planning is to release it with patch 5.3.5;

I have started the encoding process for the flash movies. There are already 150 movies re-encoded as we speak, still 30.000 to go

Well as we speak there are 350 movies processed

Well every minute on movie processed... there are 30.000 in the database... that will take about 30 to complete.

My math comes out to about 20 days, I think.

very well done Diz i like the opportunity to chose the classic and standard look and the video screen is better to it down loads faster that way as well

Hmm.. Converting of all movies to flash is as of this moment on 769 movies ... I added some more resources to encoding to flash process.

BTW: Wortol updated the layout of the /showmovie/ page and I made the movies easy seekable and streaming.

Flash still uses credits right?

No, it's a sponsor feature only.

Are we still gonna be able to download the flash movies are they only gonna be playable through the embedded player?

Movies will be downloadable in divx and playable with the web player in flash format.
