make ratings public

Sure this has been brought up, but why cant raters of pics/movs/etc be public? just lgged in to see if my vids were approved and someone rated them ALL one, come on. it IS a little disheartening. why cant we just make it a public thing...like "likes" on facebook? i dont care if someone sees what i vote for. i HATE dicks in my vids so i give those vids lower marks...but ALL ONES!!!??? Argghhh!!!
