Just Curious

I was wondering. I have been a "Guest Member" for 4 years now. I love this site. It's actually my homepage. Anyways, At the beginning of the year, i was going to subscribe to a membership on here. Then my luck finally hit. Like so many others I lost my job, of 3 years, due to layoff. After that, EVERYTHING went down hill. Truck broke down, money slowly depleted, and the wife and I got worse and worse (If You're Married, Keep Your Job if you can!). Then I hit rock bottom when my laptop crashed. So I bought a wireless adapter for my desktop. Then that crashed. I was in hell. Make a long story short (too fuckin late, right? lol), I finally got the laptop fixed, and the truck, and still no Job. I was also denied my unemployment 3 seperate times (Yay.. Michigan.. whoopie..). So, my question (Finally) is this. is there ANY OTHER WAY to get a membership? Like earning it, or something? If not, I can wait. No Biggie, I was just curious. This site will continue being my absolute first when I log on to the web, every time. If there are any suggestions, ideas, or thoughts (other then calling me a loser!), please let me know. WBW is the best site on the net! Thanks everyone.

I think a lot of us are in the same boat, though.

I was in grad school and my old job vanished. A 60k bill with no job is not what this doctor ordered.

PS: Doctor as in Ph.D, not MD. No, I don't really care what's growing in your ass, nor can I do anything about it. Stop fucking yourself with a broomstick is my advice.
