It seems I was given credit for some pics I sent but not others

Can one of the mods explain this to me? I read the rules and it also seems I can be banned without my knowing, did I send something offensive in or was this a mere oversight?

To get credits, your pics must be accepted.
So for example, you currently have 43 pics waiting to be moderated. Some will be accepted (and you'll get credit), others might get deleted (and you won't).

Also, there is no reason you'd be banned without you knowing. Mods send warning if something wrong is done and don't ban right away except for spammers and some serious offences.
