When you haven't a sponsormembership and you will try to download a clip, and when you want to save it your computer says you've already downloaded it. Ok that's ok and you don't save it and abort it, it does cost you the credits! Why? I know it's not that smart to download a double file, but i mean if it's a old one and you don't recognize it, it can happen. But isn't it weird that it will cost you credits without downloading it. I know it cost credits to download most files, but if you don't download it why it will cost you credits?

I don't think they can you something about that. You have no proof that you didn't download the vid. Otherwise everybody will come complaining that they want there credits back.
But if you select download and then you cancel it before saving, it costs you credits ?

It'd be annoying, but then again it's pretty easy to get credits dude. Just check someone's favorites out. You can find most dupe pics easily that way because if they liked the pic once, they'll like it if they see it a second time too.
I hunt people's favorites a lot. I can get 10 credits from 5 minutes of browsing naked chicks.
So yeah, you're right that it's a flaw, but I don't know that I'd bother fixing it if I were the site owner - it's not that big of a deal in my opinion.
But yeah, it's weird. Kind of unforgiving.

Yeah, I've aborted downloads in the past and it took my credits. The first time it happened, I clicked download by mistake on a movie I didn't want, I felt a bit ripped off but I don't really contribute much to the site so it didn't really bother me enough to complain. If I want everything I'll just get a sponsor membership.

yeah i had the same in the supermarket. I buy a can of coca cola, i drink it half but then realized that i wanted sprite. But they didn't give my money back.

I agree in principal that credits should not be deducted for incomplete downloads, but I have no idea how that would work, particularly since the movies can also be streamed.
I think I heard some discussion that the new version will keep track of the movies each member downloads. That seems like it would provide a solution.
